Other things to note Please Read Carefully: *******IMPORTANT NOTE******* Please note that Puerto Rico’s electrical system is currently unstable and has been widely reported by major news outlets like CNN and ABC News. Unfortunately, despite ongoing issues, the government has done a poor job of fully addressing the situation. This is a challenge faced daily by nearly two million Puerto Ricans, and sadly, it is something that none of us — including myself — can control. If a power outage occurs during your stay, please know that it is not within my control. However, I will be more than happy to assist you in every way I can — by providing updates, contacting the electric company for information, and helping you stay as comfortable as possible until service is restored. If you read all the over 400 reviews guest don’t have situation with this, but for us is REALLY ESSENTIAL TO NOTE IT. *****IMPORTANT NOTE******* The San Juan/Condado area has been rapidly growing since 2022. It’s important for all guests to understand that this property is located in the heart of the city. Because of that, you may occasionally hear construction noise nearby. Puerto Rico law permits construction noise between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Fortunately, there is no construction happening on our property. However, we cannot control work being done on neighboring properties. That said, if you check our 400+ reviews, you’ll see that noise has never been an issue — but we believe in full transparency to keep everything fair and honest. Guest Tips: We recommend bringing your own personal hygiene essentials such as: • Flip flops • Travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner • Sunscreen (highly recommended) We do provide basic shampoo and soap, but keep in mind that everyone’s skin and hair needs are different. Important Notes Before Booking: Due to the high volume of early check-in and late check-out requests, we charge a reasonable fee to accommodate these requests. All fees go directly to our housekeeper to fairly compensate for the extra adjustments and effort needed to prepare the home. Early Check-In (if available): • 3:00 PM — $25 • 2:00 PM — $50 • 1:00 PM — $75 • 12:00 PM (noon) — $100 Late Check-Out (if available after 11:00 AM): • $25 per hour (up until 5:00 PM) Other Services: • Special Birthday Decorations: Starting at $75+ (depending on the request) Lost Security Keys: • $150 replacement fee. Please note: Our keys cannot be duplicated for security reasons. Two sets of keys are provided, and for added convenience and safety, we also offer a lockbox for key sharing and storage.
