Pool heating is available for a bit of added comfort—just $30 per day from May to October and $35 per day from November to April to cover costs (standard for the area). The fully equipped kitchen includes a collection of spices and many of the appliances of home (2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, mickey face waffle iron, crock pot, hand mixer, rice cooker, electric can opener, and more). There is also an air fry feature on the new oven and both filtered water and ice in the refridgerator. This kitchen is set to impress and save money by not having to eat all meals out. Relax in the family room with the 75 inch HDR smart TV or try our newly added record player & LPs. Venture into the new game room located in the converted air conditioned garage, where additional entertaining space and fun awaits. Challenge family and friends to a game of ping pong, air hockey, foosball, basketball, pac-man, or one of the many board games. Or take the corn hole set outdoors. Across the street is a playground and open park space. Within the neighborhood are walking paths, ponds, basketball & tennis courts (basketball and pickleball rackets/balls are in the home), and an additional playground. There's always something to do in this Orlando/Kissimmee area! There are more than a dozen theme/amusement parks, water parks, golfing, museums, unique restaurants & medieval dinners, outdoor adventures (zip lines/high wire course, hot air balloons, horseback riding, airboat rides, jet skis, kayak/paddle boards, fishing, pontoon boats, scenic walks), and under two hours away are beaches and the Kennedy Space Center. There are too many more attractions to mention them all. Other nearby amenities: Margaritaville, Island H20 Water Park, 24 hour grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk-in clinic, many new restaurants, shopping and mini golf all within 1-3 miles of this vacation home. In addition to the super convenient location (i.e., less than 3 miles to Disney through the secret entrance) and near major highways (429, 192, I-4), everything is very well cared for. The space is clean, comfortable, and bright, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We recommend a rental car or using Uber/Lyft. We recently used Turo several times to rent a vehicle from private owners and had a great experiences (especially since we often arrive after typical car rentals are closed). We did need to take a free airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport to the Airport's South Park economy lot; the shuttle driver took us right to our car in the parking lot! The rental cars are very reasonably priced in the area although the sooner you book, the more affordable they seem, but we are in no way affiliated.
