Newly built, modern guesthouse in a cozy neighborhood with modern and nice material choices. The house is in a quiet location in the upper part of scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. For your information, during the summer of 2026, we will be making landscaping improvements on our property, but nothing that will affect access to the home. Warm welcome ! The space 72 sqm own area available on two floors. Bed linens & towels are included in the price. Guest access You will have full access to the residential part of the building with a separate private entrance in the back. Private spacious parking area for car in front of the house is included. Other things to note * The bed is a 180cm king size bed * Pillows and duvets with associated pillowcases/sheets are available to borrow for free. * Hand soap/shower soap/shampoo and toilet paper are available and included. * Coffee machine supports both coffee pads and brew coffee. Coffee pads are included in your stay. * Salt, Pepper and Cooking oil are available. * Shorter walk to bus stop that takes you to Norrköping's largest shopping center as well as train station/city center.
