Families will enjoy the multi-level living including the ease of a main floor queen bedroom, king master suite on the second story, along with another private bedroom with 2 twin trundles. There is no guest access to the garage or storage area above. Grassy lot adjacent to this home is a shared community space and houses private residents' watercraft. These kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, etc are considered private property and not for guest use. Feel free to put your items in the same area for ease of access, but be respectful of other equipment on site. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
