Welcome to Raven Studio — a safe, quiet, and comfortable private space with easy access to Brisbane and North Lakes. This fully self-contained studio is attached to the main home but completely separate, with your own private entrance. It includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a lounge, a kitchenette, a laundry, and access to a shared pool in the complex. Ideal for professionals and longer stays. Preordered frozen premium meals are available The space 🌿 The Space The air-conditioned bedroom features a comfortable double bed and is thoughtfully set up for both short and longer stays. Guests have access to a large chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and a small desk—ideal if you need a quiet space to work from home. The sitting room includes a smart TV so you can log in to your favourite streaming services, while the dining table and chairs provide the perfect spot for meals or catching up on work. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and filtered water — everything you need for a simple and convenient stay. For year-round comfort, the studio includes ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the bedroom. The bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Added Convenience A selection of premium Delidoor frozen meals can be ordered and placed in the freezer before your arrival, ready for you to enjoy during your stay. Perfect for late arrivals, business travellers, or guests who prefer a quick, easy meal. Please enquire prior arrival for meal options and pricing Guest access The studio is yours to enjoy, providing complete privacy and a private entrance through the automatic garage door. The remote for the garage door is securely stored in a locked box within the electrical box on the front patio, accessible by code. Please ensure the remote and key are returned to the locked box upon departure, as a charge will be incurred for any items accidentally taken. Free parking is available next to my unit, although it can occasionally get busy. If needed, there’s ample visitor parking within the complex as well as on the street nearby. Other things to note This is noted in the house rules: I may occasionally need to access the garage for personal items. Rest assured, this will always be done quietly and with the utmost respect for your privacy.
