The space This completely new complex features Magazine Industrial Decor and High Quality Finishes. From Unique Accent Walls to Indonesian’s natural pool tiles, Lofts del Mar is a refreshing experience located in the heart of Jaco. This space includes both main floor units with separate access, boasts 100 mbps WiFi speeds and is each equipped w/ a high powered AC unit and Smart TV’s. You will enjoy a pool view from one unit with a workspace/study area and a larger common space with a mountain view in the other. We have two parking spaces on site that are available for our guest's comfort (free of charge but need to be reserved) t. If additional spaces are required, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. BEDROOMS Both bedrooms have a comfortable QUEEN SIZE BED and quality linens. They have large tinted windows with blackout curtains. The rooms include nightstands and have outlets on each side of the beds with shelves to charge your phone. They have two 32” and 42” Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room respectively, hangers and shelving, blankets, a ladder and a chair. BATHROOMS The bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, cloths and environmentally friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner. We have an imported Italian water pump which ensures constant, high water pressure in the spacious shower. KITCHENS/LIVING ROOMS Our modern and stylish kitchens have electric stovetops and concrete countertops. Fully equipped, come with: - Fresh Costa Rican coffee. - Full fridge and freezer. - Blender. - Cutting boards and a set of sharp knives. - Microwave. - Wine glasses, beer glasses, cups and coffee mugs. - Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils. - Reusable containers. - Cooking essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. The living room space in LOFT 1 has a comfy sofa for 2, a 42” Smart TV and a sitting area for either eating or working on your computer and the living room in LOFT 2 space has two comfy individual sofas and a 42” Smart TV, and a sitting area for either eating or working on your computer. OUTDOOR AREA Our common outdoor area has a beautiful, natural Indonesian stone pool, lounge chairs, outside shower, gathering terrace and garden. The table includes a large umbrella so you can enjoy the seating area in shade at any time of the day. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of surfing and exploring everything Jaco has to offer. Guest access Guests have Access to a Beautiful Natural Stone Pool, Outside Shower, Gathering Terrace and garden. We offer a laundry service for $10 per load and beach cruiser bike rentals for $10 per day. We have two parking spaces on site that are available for guests free of charge, and they need to be reserved. If the spaces are occupied, free parking is available on the street with video surveillance directly in front of the gate. Other things to note Del Mar Loft is 100% environmentally friendly. The cleaning and personal hygiene products we use are 100% friendly to the environment. We also offer our guests complimentary local coffee and water as a welcome.
