Guest access Guests will be given access to our digital lock Other things to note ** Cresta Loma offers an option to heat the pool during daytime hours during the cooler months. There is a $40/ per day pool heating fee that is required to heat the pool. Please let us know if you'd like the pool heated.** While there should be no problem heating the pool, unforeseen weather or equipment malfunction may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay. In the rare event the pool heater does not work and you paid the pool heating fee, you would be refunded the $40/ day pool heating fee. * We are happy to allow up to maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Sorry, we do not allow other types of pets. Guests must alert us prior to arrival if they are bringing their dog(s). There is an additional $35/ night PER dog pet fee that will be sent as an additional money request with an alteration to your original booking quote. This must be paid prior to check-in. Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets. Guests are to pick up and dispose of any pet excrement, otherwise a $200 cleaning fee will be applied after check-out for any waste found. A $100 pet fee will be applied for any non-disclosed pets that are on the property for ANY DURATION OF TIME, IN ADDITION TO the nightly pet fee.
