Entire Guest House Located in East Atlanta Village

Unwind and relax in this cozy and renovated guest home with full amenities. Located less than 10 minute walk from East Atlanta Village and various restaurants, bars and entertainment so no Uber is necessary. Moreover, the home is only a 10 minute drive from Downtown ATL. This is a one bedroom/one bath studio-like with full kitchen and dining space. Your stay comes along with a fire pit, smart TV, and study space. Parking is on site big enough for two cars. Enjoy time in ATL w/ your family. The space Sleeping space: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) 1 Sofa Bed (sleeps 1 Adult or 2 small children). The sofa converts into a small bed. **Please Note - this is a studio like home so the sleeping area is in the same space as living space.** Living Space: Lounge in the comfortable sofa or in bed while binging your favorite show on Netflix. **Please feel free to turn ON or OFF any of the string lights, blue light, or air purifier to adjust your needs** Workspace: Free wifi and smart TV at your disposal while you work from desk and chair in this home away from home. Kitchen: This kitchen is stocked with various spices, utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans; everything one would need to fully utilize the kitchen and make a home cooked meal. Keurig coffee maker with K cups is provided for all guests. Dining Space Lounge Enjoy group dinners with seating for 2-4. Backyard Relax outdoors in the private fully fenced backyard with plenty of space to entertain. Gather with friends around the fire pit and roast marshmallows. Fire wood is provided. Bedroom The bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of closet space and hangers to store clothes for longer stays. Bathroom Enjoy hot showers in the shower. Soap is provided. **Please note the bathroom is LIMITED in space nearest the toilet.** Laundry Stacked full washer and dryer supplied with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Parking Free parking in driveway nearest to the guesthouse in the back. Just follow the driveway. And free parking and street parking in front on the house by the mailbox. Guest access The home in the front is inhabited by yours truly. So we are not far in case assistance is needed. The Airbnb guesthouse is in the back yard which is divided by grey wooden divides. Use the driveway to get there. Other things to note We have a pest control service that sprays for bugs once a month. The house is situated in the back years underneath lots of trees which occasionally causes spiders to be present. There is additional big spray on the porch to use in case of outdoor bugs for your convenience. Late checkout fines: 15 mins - one hour late = $25 More than hour late = $60.
