There is also an uncovered garage, basketball court, store, and 2 swimming pools that can be used following biosafety recommendations. The accommodation is less than 1 km from downtown Melgar. It has a mini-terrace or balcony for sunbathing or barbecuing. The space The place has an excellent presentation, is clean, well lit and has natural ventilation. It is also close to the city, guarded, and attended by the owner.
