Zita Vacation Homes – Burgi Vacation Home: Sleeps up to 10 people in Dilsberg, the village of the castle fortress above the Neckar Valley, 20 minutes from Heidelberg. For groups of friends and siblings who are finally seeing each other again, for teams on a retreat, for celebrations in peace and quiet. A large terrace, Finnish sauna with relaxation room, oil stove in the living room. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Up to two dogs are allowed. The space ZITA VACATION HOMES – BURGI VACATION HOME In 2024, we renovated the house down to its foundation walls: floorboards, terrazzo, new openings, plus lots of color and fabrics from Morocco. It takes its name from Dilsberg Castle, which is located in the village. WHO BURGI IS FOR For groups of friends, siblings and old university friends of up to ten people: The terrace is large enough for a long table, the sauna is fired up in the evening, and nobody has to do anything; everyone is equally a guest. For teams that want to get out of the office for two days and not go far away: quiet location, very good Wi-Fi, space at the dining table, and then the sauna. We will issue an invoice that includes VAT. For bachelorette parties and celebrations in a quiet setting and for anyone planning a yoga or wellness weekend: There is room for mats on the terrace. Families are welcome too. Children's books and toys are available. LIVING AND COOKING In the living and dining room, there is an oil stove, a Bluetooth speaker to play your music, and a TV as well. The modern kitchen in the addition is fully equipped. From there, you can go directly to the large terrace, which is well suited for barbecues. SLEEPING Four bedrooms sleeping 10 in total: - Ground floor: one room with a double bed (1.80 m) - Second floor: one room with a double bed (1.80 m), one room with two single beds - In the attic: a large room (23.7 m²) with a double bed (1.60 m) and two single beds that can be extended to 1.60 m. A half wall divides the room and provides some privacy. There are also two bathrooms. Bed linens, towels, and organic shampoo and shower gel are provided. A washing machine and dryer are also available. WELLNESS The Finnish sauna is located in the covered outdoor area, and next to it there is a small relaxation room with an open shower. The sauna is included in the price, as are bathrobes, sauna towels, sauna infusions and disposable slippers if needed. BALCONY A spiral staircase leads up to the balcony with views over the Neckar Valley. There is also a door to the balcony from the large bedroom. Guest access You will have the whole house with terrace, garden and sauna to yourselves. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. You can park in and in front of the garage. An electric car charger is available on request. Other things to note Dilsberg Castle stands in the middle of the village. Heidelberg is a 20-minute drive away.
