The Space: *2nd floor (must climb stairs) * 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Cozy condo. * 1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer/dryer available in unit. *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available) *Dining area open to living room. *Sheets and linens provided. *Free WiFi and cable TV. *Pets are not allowed. * Only 1 parking spot available *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: *The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. * No mailbox for this location. * Only 1 parking spot available. *Pool access with access card only. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card. * motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not allowed on premises.
