At this cozy cottage, you can enjoy the relaxed lounge sofa under the canopy in any season. Or will you collapse on the couch overlooking the woodpeckers, tits, and squirrels in the garden? Holiday mode on in 3,2,1... The space Layout & Facilities Thuisje van Hout accommodates 4 people and has 3 separate bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places. Everyone has their own space, whatever the company. Living room Comfortable sofa with large patio doors that seamlessly connect the inside and outside. Flat-screen TV with streaming services (no regular channels), free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Kitchen Open kitchen with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, combination microwave, kettle, French press and Dolce Gusto machine. Complete dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided, plus a dining table for cozy meals. Bedrooms Downstairs, there are two separate rooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and one with bunk beds (2x 70x200). On the mezzanine, a cozy sleeping area with a spacious double bed (160x200). There are single duvets everywhere. Please note: the loft cannot be completely darkened and is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems. Bathroom Shower, washbasin and toilet. Outdoor Private spacious garden with lounge set (4p), dining table (6p), hanging chair and hammock. The covered porch ensures that you can always sit outside. The 100-cm-high fence makes the garden safe for children. Discover the area Cycling and hiking routes start directly from the cottage. Please note: these facilities are closed from September to April. Guest access You have the whole cottage and the spacious garden with veranda to you alone. Furthermore, you can use the facilities of the park including the washing machine and dryer (on coins), swimming pool, toddler pool, playground, table tennis, billiard table, restaurant and camping shop. Please note: the restaurant, pool and campground store are closed from September to April. Other things to note * 14 days before arrival, you will receive an email with the latest information, including bank details for the deposit (€75.00) * The deposit must be transferred to the landlord no later than 24 hours before your arrival. This will be refunded within 3 days of your return home, provided there are no defects. * Towels and bedding are not provided. Bed linen can be booked at check-in for an extra charge of 10.50 per person. You must bring your own tea towels/towels. * Smoking indoors is not allowed * There are a total of 6 sleeping places, but the house is furnished for 4 people (for example, a dining table for 4). * The double bed downstairs is 140x200. The double bed on the mezzanine is a large double bed measuring 160 x 200. The bunk bed has 70x200 mattresses. There are single blanket beds everywhere. * The loft cannot be completely darkened and is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems. * Free Wi-Fi available * The TV only provides access to streaming services. You do not have access to television channels. * Pets are not allowed * Additional amenities provided: high chair, drying rack, basic kitchen necessities such as pepper, salt and olive oil, and cleaning supplies. * There is no space in the bedrooms for placing an extra crib/playpen. This is possible in the living room, but it cannot be completely darkened. However, there is a bed rail to prevent rolling out of the bunk bed. * Parking is available on the grounds of the park (max. 1 car per booking), as well as in the parking lot right next to the park, where there are some charging stations for electric vehicles.
