Spanning 2,500 square feet, this welcoming home features elegant furnishings and large windows that showcase beautiful mountain views. The cozy living room has a classic ski lodge feel, with a gas fireplace and alpine-inspired furnishings. Curl up on the couch and two armchairs while sipping a hot beverage as the snow falls. Or gather around the TV for an at-home movie night. Whip up delectable recipes in the stunning kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops. Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, lounge chair, TV, and a direct view of the slopes. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual vanity, and a separate water closet. A bonus room serves as a large walk-in closet or private home office. On the ground floor, the second suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite has a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a queen Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms have sliding glass doors leading to the yard. Take in mountain views of the nearby slopes from the private deck. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal at the table together. Vail STR License | #25946 Guest access You'll enter through the front door using the digital keypad. Enter your access code on the Schlage keypad - a green light will confirm the code is accepted. Then rotate the deadbolt beneath the keypad away from the door jamb and open the door. A video guide is available to walk you through the process. If you enter the code incorrectly, a red light will flash. Allow 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. After three incorrect attempts, the lock will pause for 30 seconds before accepting another try. To lock up when you leave, press the Schlage button, rotate the deadbolt toward the door jamb, and remember that the door does not lock automatically - please engage it each time you depart. One vehicle can park in the heated garage (SUVs and large vehicles won't fit). Use the garage access code to enter. Guest parking is also available across the driveway and along the roadway - please do not park on the street. Other things to note A private hot tub is located on your deck. Please be gentle lifting the cover on and off. You also have access to the community pool at the clubhouse in the center of the Potato Patch complex. Use the clubhouse code to enter, and please bring back any towels you take to the pool area. The downstairs bathrooms feature in-floor heating.
