And private parking; and for long stays we have cleaning service once a week included at no additional cost. The space Upon entering the apartment, there is a living room with 2 armchairs with a total of 4 seats, one of the armchairs can be used as a bed. Dining table with 6 chairs, and the kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes for up to 4 people, and cooking utensils, to feel at home Upstairs is the bedroom with a bed, it has 2 closets, ideal for long stays with a lot of comfort. 1 TV with cable, ironing board and iron; and on the second floor is the bathroom with flattering natural light Guest access Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer for an extra cost of 30 quetzals Other things to note We provide shampoo, soap, towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, and a maximum of 20 liters of drinking water per week.
