The space Suite Carolina is a ground-floor private suite with just four steps up to the porch and entrance. Inside you’ll find a memory-foam queen bed, a plush sofa (that can transform into the optional queen sleeper sofa) and a comfortable, efficient layout designed for restful stays. The partial kitchenette includes a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, large mini-fridge, and full-size trash can. We also provide basic snacks, a filtered water pitcher, and utensils. Two foldable TV tray tables are also available. The spacious master bathroom features a large tub, separate shower, double vanity, and generous walk-in closet. A desk and chair provide a convenient spot for work or meals. Guests also enjoy a swivel-mounted TV (log in with your own streaming accounts) and high-speed WiFi. IMPORTANT NOTES: This suite adjoins the main house although it has NO shared interior spaces. You may occasionally hear household sounds through the wall until quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Heating and cooling are part of the home’s central HVAC system so there is no separate thermostat. We keep the suite comfortable at 70–73 °F but are happy to adjust it to suit your preferences as best we can. The home is smoke-free and equipped with a charcoal air filter for exceptionally fresh air. Guest access Guests have access to the suite, porch (with chairs), and spacious front yard. Other things to note Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. No pets, smoking, illicit drug use, or cooking (beyond microwave use). Max occupancy is 4 guests (can accommodate up to 3 adults + a child/infant). The property sits near a main road, so some road noise may be audible. The suite is connected to a private home, and while there are no rooms above the suite, you may occasionally hear sounds from the main house until 10 pm.
