Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. A private area allows you to dine outdoors, in the shade of a mulberry tree, with the possibility of a barbecue. In season, enjoy vegetables from the garden or eggs from the hens! This accommodation, ideal for 2 adults, has a sofa bed for a young person. The + of the accommodation: a private parking lot, secured by an automatic gate, very quiet neighborhood The space This accommodation has comfortable indoor facilities, including a washing machine, and outdoor facilities. The outdoor terrace includes garden furniture (table, chairs, armchair and 2 lounge chairs). Air-conditioned, the accommodation is also insulated from the outside. You can shop a few minutes from the apartment: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, fuel, etc. A 2-minute walk away, you can stroll near the Boniface rugby stadium, about twenty outdoor and indoor tennis courts accessible to visitors, an equestrian center and a health course. On Saturday morning, the city offers its visitors one of the most beautiful markets in France, very well stocked with fresh local products. Guest access As a general rule, I welcome my guests. A lockbox also allows guests to enter very easily and park their vehicle in front of their accommodation. If the guest arrives by train, I can pick them up at the station, depending on my availability. A bus stop (line A) is located 50 m from the house. A bicycle can be provided from time to time. Other things to note Anyone allergic to cats should refrain. Blanco can visit you! The two chickens normally stay in their enclosure! Mont de Marsan is a very beautiful city to visit. The Despiau Wlerick Museum brings together the sculptures of 2 20th century artists from the city. A city tour offers 42 works by these sculptors along the streets, bridges and public squares. Medieval remains line the city. Visit the backstage of the arenas to understand the art of bullfighting. On the first weekend of July, an international flamenco festival animates the whole city for several days. In mid-July, the Madeleine férias are a must on the festivities agenda. The Landes are particularly famous for their gastronomy, their sporting activities around bullfighting, Landes racing, basketball and rugby. The surrounding area is just as attractive.
