Convenient location, relaxing water views, comfortable spaces and fun Scandinavian décor offer well-appointed accommodations for 8+ guests; 4 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms (incl Primary with en-suite bath on main floor, no stairs required.) Grab a beverage and relax in the porch rockers as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains! This is a Vintage House: The Viking House has been fully renovated with modern conveniences, but a few quirks remain. Note: there is a pretty unique inside staircase to the second floor. It is not unusually steep (as seen in some antique houses) but it is part of the original 1890 structure, so has a turn at the top with an odd angled ceiling that can be briefly awkward for very tall people. We are unable to secure a baby gate to the old railing, so be very mindful of toddlers upstairs. (This original staircase is why we note we're not a great fit for children under 2.) If you Bring a Car: The house has parking for 3 small-sized or 2 SUV-sized cars. Additional parking is available on the street. Please be considerate when parking to not block the amazing neighbor's entrance access. Quiet Time and No Smoking: Viking House is a place for fun, but not a place for loud party events or boisterous gatherings of more than the allowed guest limit. Please respect the posted quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Absolutely No Smoking in or near this old wooden house! Thanks. Special Requests are Welcomed! Celebrating a milestone event?
