Breathtaking views of the cascade mountains, Seattle skyline, and Mount Rainier. Features direct waterfront access with acres of sandy beach at low tide. Just two miles from the small town charm of Kingston or jump on a fast ferry for a 40-min trip directly to downtown Seattle. This place has it all! The space A waterfront house perfect for families, small groups, or those just wanting a tranquil space to be at peace and enjoy unobstructed views of the Puget Sound, Cascade mountain range, Mt Rainier, Mt Baker, the Seattle skyline, passing ferries, marine life, and so much more. Sleeps 10 in six separate bedrooms featuring a king, a queen, a full, and four twin beds. Three bedrooms in the main house (King, Full, and two twins) and three bedrooms (3 twins or one of those can become a queen) up above the garage, which is a separate building. Complete with three full bathrooms (two in the main house, one up above garage) and multiple common areas for social activities. Features an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, and family room space just inside two oversized sliding glass doors and a deck looking right out over the water. Includes a fully fenced in yard and firepit area right on the waterfront. Pets welcome upon request (dogs love our beach at low tide - endless space to run, swim, and burn off energy!). Guests will have access to the entire house and the beach. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and our house is on a quiet cul de sac street perfect for walks and bike riding. Our house is just a couple of miles from downtown Kingston and the Kingston/Edmonds Ferry. As well as the Kitsap Fast Ferry to Seattle. (40 minutes, foot ferry only.) The Bainbridge Ferry (which takes you directly into Seattle) is about a 20 minute drive. (35 minute crossing) The closest international airport is SEATTLE/TACOMA. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the beach. We have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, running (hot) water and 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
