Casa San Pedro is a new house, located 7 minutes from the historic center of Tlaquepaque, 15 minutes from the airport and a few minutes from downtown Guadalajara, Tonalá and Zapopan. It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, for the convenience of guests, garage for 2 small cars or 1 van, secured with a gate, ideal accommodation for family, work, tourism or with friends. We have autonomous check-in. We have A/C in 3 of the rooms. Bedroom 5: upper floor, 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed, 1 full bathroom, A/C. *About the garage: the garage can fit 2 small cars or 1 large car diagonally. *About the kitchen: the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove, glass and plastic tableware, water, dish soap, sponge, rags, salt, sugar, napkins. *About the bathroom: towels and shampoo are offered. *About entertainment: 3 smart TVs, 80 megabyte Wi-Fi *About the A/C, there are only 3 rooms. Guest access The house is completely for you and is surrounded by many shops which can help you with your purchases and groceries during your stay. We have a grocery store, Oxxo, Aurrera, food shops, laundry, stationery, pharmacy, cyber, fur shop, butcher shop, etc. nearby, less than 1 block away. We have access roads very close, Lázaro Cárdenas, road to Zapotlanejo, road to Chápala, González Gallo. At this property you can check in on your own by entering a code in the lockbox to access the keys. The code and check-in instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival. Other things to note What guests have liked the most and what we can highlight is the store, since it helps a lot, because they can do their shopping before and after the sightseeing tours, or the working day; also the access roads have been commented on as being very practical. Again, the house is in front of a church and on some specific days, they have their patron saint festivities and close the street, but it is resolved since around the corner there is a boarding house and I offer that night inside the boarding house, the closing days are May 21 and one day of the week from May 7 to 13 depending on the visit of the Virgin of Zapopan. Again, the garage is for 2 small Aveo cars, or 1 SUV, larger ones do not fit.
