About the Event Hall: • We have a beautiful event hall available for mini weddings, parties, baby showers, and small gatherings. • The event hall is NOT included in the Airbnb price shown. • The price listed on Airbnb is for the house ONLY. • If you would like to rent the event hall in addition to the house, there is an extra fee. • Please message us for event hall pricing and availability. • If you book the house at the listed price, you will NOT have access to the event hall unless it is added separately. • We rent either the house or the event hall to one group at a time — no shared spaces and no overlapping bookings with other guests. Guests: • Our home can accommodate up to 15 guests. If you would like to bring more than 8 guests, a $30 fee will apply per guest. • Any additional guests not included in the reservation must be approved by the host before visiting—thank you for understanding! Extra Guests: • For groups larger than 8 guests, there is a $30 fee per person, per night. This includes foldable mattresses/sofa beds, towels, extra toiletries, and helps cover additional cleaning, laundry, and utilities. Pool: • Please do not alter or tamper with the pool equipment. If there’s an issue with the filter, timer, or vacuum, please reach out to the owner directly. • Please do-not remove vacuum - Removing the vacuum from the pool can cause the motor to run dry and burn out Pet Policy: • Pets under 50 lb are allowed • Max of one pet per Stay . Quiet hours: • Quiet hours are effective between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM Side Note : The property is on a farm, so it’s natural to expect some grass, dirt, or outdoor elements around . Pet Policy (Additional details) • We would love to have your Furry pets(dogs) • Only house-trained pets are welcome with prior approval. • Pick up dog poop using poop bags once your dogs relieve themselves. • A pet fee may apply. Guests are responsible for any damages. • Restriction on certain breeds - Pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Cane Corso, Mastiffs, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf hybrids, Boxers, Bulldogs, Terriers etc. (Please communicate with us regarding any pet/breed you will be bringing) Guest access Keyless access available to Main House and the Guest House using Eufy Wifi Enabled number lock. Entry codes will be provided 48hours before Checkin Other things to note Guest access • Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in with number based locks. Quiet Hours / Noise Policy • Quiet hours are effective between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • One Bluetooth/wired speakers no larger than 10in in length, width or depth during non Quiet Hours is allowed. • No outdoor Speakers of any size playing between Quiet Hours 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM • Be respectful of neighbors and other residents in the area. Additional Visitors • If you have additional visitors during the day and won't stay for the night, they will also need prior approval from host. No visitors are allowed without pre authorization from the host. Events • We welcome smaller events to celebrate and need to be informed, and events have separate pricing/terms that need to be agreed up on. Please communicate on any Events small/big that you plan to celebrate like a baby shower, birthday, graduation etc. • All guests hosting events are expected to comply with the rules. Any violations may lead to immediate termination. Guests not complying with the rules will be subject to immediate removal from the premises. Fines: • To help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, please follow the house rules or policies. Please respect our property and we don’t have to discuss anything about fines during/after your stay. • The guests booking the property are liable for actions of ano of the guests that are invited.
