🧡 'Guest Favourite' 🧡 Very highly rated host. Many guests return to stay with me again. Welcoming and quiet home in south Milton Keynes. I am also looking for a long-term weeknight tenant for a minimum of 3 nights mid-week. Beautiful countryside, parkland and lake nearby. 10 minutes drive to MK centre, train station, bus depot and coach depot. 5 minutes walk to local bus stops. 5 minutes drive to local shopping centres, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The space I have a lovely comfy single bed in a cosy double room available in my safe home. A snuggly winter warm duvet and throws too. My house is a small but cosy two bedroom home. Myself, as owner occupier, has one bedroom and my guest has the other bedroom. My partner also stays here often too. There is one bathroom in my home. My guests must be mature, respectful, clean, tidy, kind, quiet, considerate and non-smoking/non-vaping. Must comply with timings listed, as I have health conditions and other commitments. No visitors or overnight guests. If you have any queries, please just ask, thank you. Guest access CHECK-IN from 6pm to 8pm. NIGHTLY arrive back by 10pm very latest. MORNING to respect the house quiet hours, please plan your wake-up after 7am. CHECK-OUT between 8am to 10am. Please kindly advise in advance your proposed timings within these hours accordingly, thank you. During your stay I am a 🧡 'Guest Favourite' 🧡 and my guests come back to stay with me, which is so lovely. I am friendly and happy to have a short chat for a little while or also fine for you to just rest in your room, whichever you prefer. KITCHEN - kettle, toaster, microwave and hob only available. Please do not bring food that needs cooking in oven. FREE PARKING - please park in visitors bays, on top left of close; on left, by the bushes, thanks. HOUSE LOCATION - at top of close, far right of row of terraced houses, front door at side of house.
