Elegantly designed 3 bhk villa with a rugged industrial look on khopoli Pali(20kms from Imagica). It is fully furnished and comes with an open kitchen, pool, garden, library, bar area with cutlery ( BYOL) , 3 attached bathrooms with toiletries , bathtub & ample parking space. It is surrounded by lush green fields,cloud hugging Mountain View from all rooms and waterfall views. All rooms have large windows for full view of mountains n greenery. PS: AC available in 3 bedrooms, not in living room. The space The bungalow in situated in the midst of farmlands and being in a rural habitat, electricity voltage fluctuations are a normal occurrence, however we have got our guests covered. There is a high power genset available 24x7 to ensure you get seamless power supply for your comfort.(we are coming up with solar power soon). Living amongst nature is a core idea of a farm stay and it’s quite different from urban living where we have a much controlled environment around pests, utilities and other amenities. While we have tried it to make it as comfortable as possible, few things are controlled by nature and we live side by side with them, like visits of fireflies, dragonflies, birds, moths, toads and other forms of “original inhabitants”. Do keep these in mind when you do your booking. Guest access Except the terrace(doesn’t have side guardrails and has waterproofing Mat which may get slippery during rains), guests are free to go around the farm. There is a half acre dragonfruit cultivation that guests are free to visit and savour the fruit during harvest times. Other things to note As the villa is located in the midst of paddy farms, last 1-2 kms road to the villa is kucha road and may develop muddy patches in between during heavy rains. We try our best in filling these patches as and when they happen, however guests are advised to exercise caution while driving. Google maps displays inaccurate directions for the last mile, guests are advised to call host/caretaker or follow signboards to reach precise location.
