Spacious two-story home with multiple living areas, open floor plan with lots of natural light, fully equipped kitchen. Dining, living and family rooms with 18' ceilings, 3 guest bedrooms upstairs, and a large back deck with a forest-view hot tub overlooking 6 acres of private woodland. The space Peaceful retreat in the heart of nature - just a short drive to Microsoft (20 minutes) or downtown Redmond (15 minutes). Great for remote work, creative work, and family time. Our space is eco-friendly, and encourages a healthy lifestyle with non toxic products, an organic garden and ethernet options. The bedrooms are all on the second floor. Most of the beds have organic latex, cotton or wool mattresses. The view to the northeast is open, and to the south, there is a forested ravine. The house can comfortably hold up to 6 people - in two queen and two twin beds. Guest access Guests have unlimited access to the main areas of the house: the kitchen and sitting area, kitchenette, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, master suite, two full baths and a half baths, back deck, hot tub, forest and gardens. Some of the rooms are not accessible (one bedroom on the main floor and one bedroom upstairs, three of the closets upstairs and one small office downstairs. The garage is also not available for guest use. Other things to note *WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM. ONLY TOILET PAPER AND NOTHING ELSE can be flushed down the toilets. * We use propane and electricity for heating and cooling. WHEN USING THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CLOSED. * Our house is a peaceful living space - surrounded by nature yet very live-able, clean and comfortable. We live in a forest. ABSOLUTELY NO LIT CANDLES OR FIRE OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ( ie firecrackers). * WATCH YOUR STEP and use caution with small children when walking on the back deck as there are a few six -inch "step downs" and "step ups" and a few unmarked 18 inch edge drops without railings. We have done our best to mark the step down and deck edges with decorative flower pots. There are also a few hoses set up for watering the gardens- they are clearly visible. There are also a few "plex" boards curling up at the end.. ^DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH WITH A SCENT OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT (you can place closed bags in the garage for pick up ) There is wildlife in the area. The manger will bring the bins out to the street on Monday mornings. * Good cell coverage. Fair/ Good internet speeds. * We are a chemical free home and use primarily natural soaps and detergents. * There is a pickle-ball court and a basketball hoop on the property that you are welcome to use at your own risk as there are few cracks in the surface of the court. * Parking is available on the circular driveway Please do not park on the parking strip (there is a large drainage pipe just under the surface) * We share a community well. Please be conservative with water use. * No pets allowed in the house. * There is a DADU on the property that may also be occupied/ in that case parking area will be shared. * You are welcome to enjoy the hot tub! There are blue and white pool towels on a shelf in the laundry room.. * the gardener will be coming to water the potted plants on Tuesdays and Friday evenings. (unless it is raining)
