There is air conditioning in the living room and kitchen . The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets with the following details - 1 master room with a 1m8 wide bed. There is a private toilet in the room and a private bathtub in this room. - 1 large bedroom with a 1m8 wide bed and a private toilet in this room - 1 large room with a 1m8 bed and 1 smaller room with a 1m6 bed. 2 rooms with 1 toilet outside the room All rooms on the 2nd floor have airy windows with lots of light. Our goal is to bring you the experience of living in the Vietnamese native atmosphere and unique emotion; therefore, we want to make sure that you know the following: 1. LOCATION: the house is located at the big road the quite area. The car can get to the house 2. The house has 3 floors (~ 32 feet) and is only accessible by stairs 3. NO Flies, MOSQUITOES inside the house. However, for such a tropical climate in Da Nang, sometimes you will see mosquitos from the garden and surrounding green areas or flying cockroaches (they are especially attracted by the light). They might come into the bedrooms if you open the doors/windows. Don't forget TO CAREFULLY CLOSE the door/window when you use the laundry room, go out on the balcony or out to prevent mosquitoes from flying into the bedrooms. MOSQUITO REPELLENT is provided in the cupboard but bringing your own won't hurt. The mosquitoes are really not that bad but their presence rises after a heavy downpour, especially in the rainy season and twilight hours. You should also clean up after eating the food you brought into the house. Make sure that you don't bring them into your bedroom. 4. There are some basic spices in the kitchen If you want more , please buy them from the nearest supermarket and clean up after yourself. 5. WATER PRESSURE: very strong results in mixing of hot and cold water irregularly due to the water pump, otherwise the water pressure will be too weak to shower. 6. TVs: there are NO TVs in all bedrooms. 7. SAFETY. House is on quiet street, right and left side is homestead,surrounded by quiet and safe residential area. Other things to note 1. Check in : We will wait for you at the building entrance to help you check-in. When checking in, present your passport and ID card to declare temporary residence. Late check-in is welcome: There is no restriction on check-in time. You can sign up no matter how late. But we hope to be informed your check in time in advance. Early check-in: If available we will be pleased to let you check-in early. If the room is not available, we will keep the luggage for you when you arrive and the luggage will be in the room when you return to check-in. 2. Please keep quiet after 10pm, please if you go out and come back after 10pm, you should not make noise for the neighbors, thank you 3. Parking area available at the house and free of charge 4.
