The space Our accesses are designed to be less aggressive to the environment, so we use alternative and recycled materials such as tires on the access trails. Also in the principle of sustainability, we take care of the waste generated on the property in order to give it recyclable destinations. Organic waste is destined for composting, dry waste (plastics, paper, glass, batteries, metals, etc.) is deposited separately and then sent to the nearest selective collection sites. Everything has its place defined on site and is easy to understand how it works. Because the location is 13 km from the center of Guapimirim and the center of Teresópolis, we recommend that guests arrive with food and personal necessities to stay for the specified time, if they are not interested in leaving the premises. Access from the beginning of the neighborhood to the house is through a small street of stones and dirt and has a steep slope that can make it difficult for cars with little engine power on rainy days.
