Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just steps from South Molton's famous market, delightful coffee shops, and inviting restaurants, this centrally located gem puts the best of the town at your fingertips. Known as the gateway to Exmoor, South Molton also provides excellent access to North Devon’s stunning coastline, making it the perfect base for your next adventure. The space This charming cottage has private access via an outside alleyway/courtyard, which is shared with two other properties. Just a five-minute walk away, you'll find the community woodland—perfect for dog walks and enjoying nature. Several other community spaces are also within easy walking distance. South Molton, known as the gateway to Exmoor, offers a short drive to the moors with various scenic routes for exploring the breathtaking countryside. If you're looking for a beach escape, stunning coastal spots like Saunton Sands and Westward Ho! are just 30 minutes away. Right on your doorstep, the town centre boasts a wonderful selection of independent coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques, making it easy to enjoy the local charm. Regarding dogs, please note that South Molton is a very dog-friendly area, with many parks and outside spaces available. However there is no garden with our property. Parking: On-street parking is available in and around South Molton, with a mix of free parking and time restricted parking subject to availability. Alternatively, you can park in the Sheep Pen car park (a few mins walk), with a permit that we can arrange for you. Guest access Cosy Cottage is a much-loved family home, and we often stay here with our children (and our dog!). Please note that one of the bedrooms is used for storage and is not accessible to guests. This will be clearly marked on the door, and we kindly ask that you refrain from entering this space. Before your arrival, you will receive the entry code for the lockbox, which contains the front door key. When you check out, please ensure the key is returned to the lockbox.
