It is located at one of the most upscale and exclusive resorts in the area, on the 5th floor of the Doral Tower, which is the first building to your right as you enter the parking lot (past the security gate). This rental features many recent furnishing updates, including an updated sleeper sofa that has a new queen foam mattress for extra comfort. Enjoy the fully renovated master bathroom with a modern and clean design, and the tasteful coastal decor throughout the condo. Step onto your private balcony and take in the beauty of the coast. This serene outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails or simply unwinding to the sound of the waves. Furnished with a lounge chair and a bistro dining set, you’ve got yourself a personal piece of paradise – ideal for soaking in the sun or enjoying some quiet time seaside. From pots and pans, to a coffee machine and kids’ plastic dishware, to cooking utensils, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home. Kids will love to settle into the cozy twin bunk beds area. The battery-operated lights, inviting decor, new medium-firm foam mattresses, and soft-close barn doors will give them the comfort they need for a good night’s sleep. Parents… you’re welcome! Stay connected with two smart flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and cable. If needed, there’s a washer and dryer inside the unit as well. Other things to note - Resort Amenities Your stay includes free access to any of the four outdoor pools and hot tubs, the basketball court, the pickleball and volleyball court, the shuffleboard court, the spa and salon (fees for service apply), the food trucks (in season), and the outdoor grills, situated between the Clubhouse and The Cottage Lake. If you’d like to upgrade your experience, you can purchase a Clubhouse amenities' pass for $45 per day. This fee covers everyone in your party and is paid in person at the Clubhouse’s front desk. The pass will give you access to private amenities such as a Beach-Front community pool (including a bar/grill), a kiddie pool, entertainment for the kids during summer months, complimentary morning coffee, a fitness center, a steam room, a sauna, an indoor pool with Gulf views, an arcade, a snack bar, a spa, and tennis courts. The Clubhouse also hosts weekly events that vary throughout the seasons. Feel free to request a tour of the club’s amenities. - Parking The Beach Resort is in a gated community to enhance everyone’s safety. Your stay includes one $40 parking pass. If you have more than one vehicle, an additional $40 pass will be required. The pass will be issued at the security gate upon arrival and must be displayed on the driver’s side front windshield. Registration information will be needed for each vehicle before it is allowed on the property, which will facilitate a smooth arrival. - Local Attractions Gulf Shores’ area offers an abundance of attractions that will keep little kids and big kids happy and entertained!
