Very cozy house in a reserved, quiet place, great for relaxing and connecting with nature. Located 2 km from downtown Lumiar (1 km of dirt road, but easily accessible). By a stream, with a large yard, balcony, large pool and barbecue. Your pet is very welcome. The house is also 2.5 km from São Pedro da Serra. TV has Netflix, Globo Play, HBO Max and Apple TV. Check-in and check-out with the possibility of flexible hours (depending on availability). The space Two bedrooms (one suite), in total there are 2 double beds and 2 single mattresses. Equipped kitchen, social bathroom and living room overlooking the pool. Private garage for 2 cars or more, outdoor grassy area, barbecue with all utensils (except charcoal) and space to make a fire (we provide the wood)! We provide a gallon of drinking water, 2 fans and 2 heaters. We offer bed linens but we do not offer towels! Wi-Fi usually works very well, but we can never guarantee 100%.
