Once inside, you're greeted by a light-filled apartment with large windows on every wall. The views during the day are fantastic and even more magical at night! Right out the window, you'll see Lake Michigan and a unique scene of diverse and historic Chicago architecture with the bustling city below. Everything is top of line and interior design is a passion of ours - so the furnishing of the unit reflects that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on. The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have a large 6-person dining table and a granite kitchen island with 4 counter stools. Plenty of room for all guests to dine comfortably or to use as a workspace. For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa We also provide towels, detergent, iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer! The building has a 24 hour doorman and great amenities including a movie theater, gym, outdoor pool, rooftop "sky lounge" with grilling stations, and a year-round rooftop terrace sun beds and lounge seating. The panoramic city and lake views from the rooftop are truly awesome! Guest access You have complete and private access to the apartment. The outdoor pool is typically in operation from late May through late September, but exact opening and closing dates depend on the weather, maintenance, and other factors.
