(please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities). Other things to note License # 309972 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100. -This unit is not pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 are pet friendly. This unit is on the 5th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
