Soak up the old fishing village charm with a great second floor water view! This very well located apartment is just steps from Johns Pass with over 100 vendors! Short 5 min walk to the beach! This space has a large room with a king bed and smartTV that over looks the canal filled with boats. There is also a small bedroom with a full-size bed and TV with a fire stick! Enjoy a large kitchen with all the essentials! Coffee on the balcony, while looking for dolphin is the best way to start the day! The space Our upstairs apartment (no elevator) is built for comfort and convenience! What it lacks in luxury, it more than make up for with its location and convenience to all the local activities! There is no living room as it is turned into a large bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and it has "curtain doors" (not a regular door) for privacy. There is another small bedroom with a full size bed with its own TV and fire stick for streaming from your favorite app or subscription based streaming service. Drink your coffee while watching the boats in the "mini marina" sway gently in their slips from the back deck or docks. Check out the dolphin that cruise right out your door! Explore the beach life, nature, fun and art to be found in Johns Pass and all throughout Madeira Beach! Do not forget to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico sunset since the beach is just a 5 minute walk! Bring your fishing poles to fish right off the dock or take a short walk to fish under the bridge in John’s Pass! It has all you need including 4 beach towels and 4 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking.Please note: We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! Guest access You have a private apartment to yourself in this small 11 unit apartment complex. This is an older complex with a great old Florida feel to it! As stated above, the room with the king bed has only curtains for for privacy (the blue curtains in the photo.) There is a normal door on the other small bedroom with the full size bed in it. ***There is no living room or couches. Think of it as a studio apartment with a bonus bedroom! There are no shared spaces inside your unit. There are other people and families consisting of other Airbnb guests throughout the property. Other things to note This apartment is upstairs. The stairs are a bit narrow and have a railing on one side. There is NO elevator so the stairs must be used. We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles will be a challenge to accommodate so if at all possible, please bring 1 car. **** Please note, that this apartment was not harmed by the hurricanes last year, but the property and the entire county was. Recovery efforts are ongoing and most businesses and activities are up and running again. The property has some way to go still, but great progress has been made. The docks are not currently useable and are roped off until a dock company becomes available to replace them. The grounds and some of the other apartments on the property are currently being worked on each day and will come back better than ever!Thank you for your understanding with this.
