Features a private hot tub, multiple fireplaces, pool table, full kitchen, dining room, and dedicated workspace. Enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, and the lake. Ideal for family adventures and unparalleled mountain living. Its classic mountain feel will immediately send your senses into relaxation mode. The large lot gives you ample opportunity to enjoy some of Southern California's most prestigious nature. ~Here's the sleeping situation: •1st Floor Master Bedroom: King Bed •1st Floor Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds •2nd Floor Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds •2nd Floor Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds •2nd Floor Loft Bedroom 5: Four Twin Beds (Please note: The loft space has steep steps for access and low ceilings, making it suitable for adventurous adults and children.) ~Bathroom Layout: • 1st Floor Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with shower and single vanity, conveniently located near the dining and stairs to loft area. • 1st Floor Master Bathroom 2: Full en-suite bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity. • 2nd Floor: Full bathroom with shower and double vanity, serving Guest Bedrooms 3 & 4. ~~Here are a few common questions and answers that will help you decide if the Fox Farm Manor is a good fit for your getaway. ~~ • Are there places to play outside? Yes, the large one-acre lot provides sufficient space for outdoor fun. Relax and rejuvenate in our private hot tub, or enjoy a meal cooked on one of the private BBQ grills. In the Winter there is a small sledding hill in the back of the house. Grab some sleds, build a snowman, and hit the snow! A smart lock ensures easy and secure access during your stay. • Can we cook at the house? You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. Our well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and coffeemaker, giving you the ability to whip up a beautiful meal. We stock our kitchen with the necessary pots, pans, plates, glassware, and utensils. A dishwasher is also provided for your convenience. If you're unsure about what we might have, feel free to ask! (Please note, the pizza oven is for decorative purposes only and is not functional.) We provide a propane tank for the larger gas BBQ grill. If planning on using the smaller charcoal grill, please provide briquettes, lighter fluid, and a lighter/matches to get it started. We supply the basic BBQ utensils. The dining room table offers seating for ten and provides a timeless setting for meals, conversation, and leisure. Add a layer of mountain charm by firing up the woodstove and revel in the evening. • Are the fireplaces functional? Oh yes! They will keep you warm on the coldest of nights. Grab a Duraflame log, a lighter, and some firewood from any of our local gas stations or grocery stores, and you'll be ready to keep the mountain vibes flowing. Enjoy the warmth of our fireplaces: • Wood-burning fireplace in the living room • Wood-burning stove in the dining area • Gas-burning fireplace in the master bedroom *Firewood and Duraflame logs are appropriate for the wood-burning units only (available at local stores), while the master bedroom's gas unit requires no additional fuel. • Should I bring linens, towels, and pillowcases? We understand nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens for each bed. We wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there's plenty of towels. For your convenience, the lodge includes an in-unit washer and dryer in case the kids have an accident or want to rock their favorite outfit every day. • Is the house a good place for children? Yes! We've had several families stay with us, and they've found the house perfect for a family getaway. The spacious property provides a wide-open area to enjoy the outdoors. Easy access to hiking, skiing, and the lake makes life easy when it's time to get back to the house for nap time. Inside the living room is an ideal family area, boasting a sixty-five-inch Smart TV, Samsung Bluetooth soundbar system, large leather sectional, and a pool table for entertainment. Other things to note Please note that the outside of the cabin is monitored by video for security purposes. The loft space has steep steps to access and low ceilings. It is suitable for adventurous adults and children. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, Exceeding the occupancy limit of sixteen (16) guests or partying can result in a fine of $500 or more, and/or eviction by the City's Code Enforcement. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, guests must bring all trash to 41970 Garstin Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Failure to do so will result in a $150 dollar charge or 25$ per bag, whichever is greater. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, use of Spa outside permitted hours (7 a.m.-10 p.m.) Can result in a $500 or more fine and eviction by the City's Code Enforcement. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, noise heard at the property line at any point during your stay can result in a $500 or more fine by the City's Code Enforcement. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, Quiet Hours are 10 p.m - 7 a.m and are strictly enforced. Can result in a $500 or more fine by the City's Code Enforcement. Per the City of Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental Code, parking is limited to five (5) cars and must be parked in the driveway.
