TV, Sauna, Private Kitchen kits. Work area. About the House: • Located in Pittsburgh great area North Hills, Ross Township great community, excellent area. Not trifle easy to any where 12 -15 minutes form Downtown Pittsburgh, great location, minutes from grocery stores, parks, shopping, and dining. • We do live on the main floor, and the room is at the downstair with a private living space ( living room with 3 windows, private room with 1 window, private bathroom, kitchen kits, work area.) • You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, cozy shared living spaces, enjoy the sauna room, and a peaceful outdoor area. About Us: • We are a couple 50s and 60s year old husband and wife living in our house, the husband is retired form US Navy and Fire Department of city Pittsburgh, and now going to GYM every day. The wife is working at military base for part time job. So most times it is to quit in our home, we would like to have more speaking in the house who love clean and harmonious. What We're Looking For: • Only for females or traditional family clean, kind, and respectful. • Whether you're a student or a working professional, we'd love to know more about you! Share a bit about who you are, where are you form, and what you come for. House rules: • No pets. We do like pets, but the wife is allergic to animals. • Quiet time: 9:00 PM— 7 AM. We do live in a quiet Dr , beautiful good community, so between 9 PM— 7 AM, it is a quiet time, not loud noise or something like that.
