The space Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay in this charming one-bedroom apartment, perfect for resting or working in tranquility. The bedroom features an extremely comfortable Queen bed, perfect for a restful sleep. It also has a cable TV so you can catch up on your favorite shows, and a large window offering beautiful sunrises. Prefer complete darkness? No problem: blinds and blackout curtains ensure total privacy and rest. The living room is designed to make you feel at home. It includes a comfortable sofa, a perfect armchair for reading, and a functional work space. You'll also find another TV and air conditioning to keep you comfortable at all times. From the living room, you have access to a beautiful "L" shaped balcony, offering a wonderful view and allowing you to enjoy the fresh air of San José. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with ease. As a special touch, it has a small wine rack that adds an elegant flair. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped, including towels and basic toiletries for your comfort. As a guest, you'll have access to the building's amenities located on the 21st, 2nd, and 1st floors, ideal for relaxing, exercising, or socializing. For security, the access card will only allow you to enter the floors where the areas for your use are located. You will not be able to move freely throughout the building, only in the permitted areas mentioned above. Other things to note 🏡 General Rules • Respect the property, neighbors, and common areas. • Maintain silence and discretion in the apartment and common areas, especially at night. • No parties or drugs are allowed. If a complaint is received, you must leave the apartment without a refund. • Events or meetings with more people than authorized in the reservation are not allowed. 🚭 Prohibitions • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas. (Fine: $150) • Pets are not allowed. • Photography or recording for commercial purposes is not allowed. • Prostitution and any type of sex tourism are prohibited. 🧹 Cleaning and Order • Wash dishes after use. • Take out the trash before check-out. • Do not throw trash in the hallways, balconies, or common areas. • Do not use towels for makeup removal or cleaning products. (Fine: $25 per damaged item) • Do not hang clothes, rugs, or other items on the balcony. • If the accommodation is left in poor condition, an additional cleaning charge of $100 will apply. 🔑 Check-in and Check-out • Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. • Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. • Leave the access card on the wine rack, and place the keys in the safe box located at the main door of the apartment. • Loss or damage of keys/access card: Fine of $50 per item. 💡 Safety and Responsible Consumption • Close doors and windows when leaving. • Turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use. • If lowering blinds, avoid opening the windows at the same time, as this may damage them. • When raising the blinds, do so carefully as they may occasionally catch slightly in the lock. • Do not force or pull them abruptly to avoid damage. Any damage caused by improper use will be charged. • Do not throw toilet paper or other waste in the toilet. ⛔ Fines and Penalties • Smoking in prohibited areas: $150 • Excessive noise or disturbances after 10:00 p.m.: $150 • Entering the elevator while wet: $150 • Activating alarms in the parking tower: $150 • Parking in a prohibited area: $100 • Failing to remove clothes from the laundry after the cycle: $100 • Leaving the accommodation in poor condition: $100 🏊‍♂️ Pool Rules • Closed on Mondays from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for maintenance. • Wearing a swimsuit and showering before entering the water is mandatory. • The use of tanning creams inside the water is not allowed. • No food, alcoholic beverages, or drugs are allowed. • The pool is not allowed for people with open wounds or skin infections. • Inappropriate displays of affection in the pool are prohibited. • Pool use is at the guest's own risk. The condominium and the owner are not responsible for accidents. 🏋️‍♂️ Gym Rules • Wearing suitable sportswear is mandatory. • Wearing two towels is mandatory: one personal and one to clean the equipment after use. • Users must take care of and preserve the equipment and facilities. • Fine of $200 for damage to equipment or facilities. 🧺 Laundry Rules • Activated with the LavaFácil app (ask for help in the lobby). • Remove your clothes from the washers and dryers after the cycle ends. Otherwise, a fine of $100 will apply with evidence from security cameras. 📌 Additional Rules • If an unauthorized party is held, the reservation will be canceled without refund. • Improper use of the laundry may result in additional penalties. • Any damage to furniture, wooden finishes, or appliances will be charged. Use coasters for glasses and do not place hot or cold objects directly on wooden surfaces. • If you use the owner's parking, deactivate the alarms before sending it to the parking tower. (A fine of $150 will apply if activated.) • Fines will be applied for excessive noise or disturbing the peace after 10:00 p.m. (A fine of $150.)
