A beautiful, refurbished, two bedroomed semi-detached house in a peaceful small village location, just a couple of minutes walk onto the Five Pits Trail and other great walks, yet still in close proximity to local amenities. The perfect place to enjoy a home from home getaway; self check in, full kitchen with table, bathroom with bath & waterfall shower, comfy lounge area with large TV, spacious cosy bedrooms and rear fully enclosed patios with large garden area for your four legged friends! The space The property comprises of an entrance porch, leading into a large lounge area with a 3 and 2 seater sofas, large smart television and WIFI. The lounge then leads into the kitchen dining area; fridge freezer, washing machine and all cooking essentials, there is a door leading out of the kitchen onto the private fully enclosed generously sized rear garden with outdoor table and chairs. Upstairs in the property comprises of a bathroom, with bath and overhead waterfall shower, sink and toilet. 1x King bedroom looking out over the rear of the property, horses and open fields. 1x Double bedroom looking out over the front of the property, a quiet cul-de-sac location overlooking fields to the left of the property. The property has ample parking for 2 cars. *Subject to availability; we offer a dog letting out service whilst you are staying with us that has proven very popular, should you wish to go out in the evening without your dog. Dogs must be crate trained and happy to be left in a large crate whilst in the property unattended - You can bring your own crate but we also have a large crate should you wish to use it, you will need to let me know you wish to use the service and/or crate upon booking to ensure it is available. Dogs are not to be left unattended if you are not taking advantage of our letting out service. We are animal lovers, have dogs ourselves and know how hard it can be sometimes if you’re on holiday and want to go out for a nice dinner without your pets but still want to know they are happy whilst you do so. We are happy to meet you before the evening should you wish to take advantage of this. We charge a small fee of just £10.00 per let out.* Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the property and its garden. Other things to note Please note this is not the Pilsley nearest to Chatsworth House. We are approx 20 minutes from Chatsworth House. We also have a one bedroomed cottage just up the road from this property, if you have a larger family and wish to book out both properties please message me to enquire availability.
