Inside, a generously proportioned open space living area features ample seating, a large screen frame TV, built-in shelving, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the infinity pool and golf course. The general living area flows into a gourmet chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. An expansive dining table comfortably seats eight. Additional counter stools are at the oversized kitchen island. A wine bar offers an ideal place to make a drink. Off the kitchen area, a grand pantry area holds an array of glassware and serveware, making cooking and entertaining a dream. A washer and dryer with ample counterspace for folding and sorting laundry. A powder room is conveniently located off the kitchen area.
