Pool is 24' X 11' -Incredible Views: Enjoy coffee on the deck while enjoying the sunrise over the mountains. -Half-Court Basketball The space -Game Room: Equipped with a pool table, air hockey, multicade arcade game, and Golden Tee. -Ping Pong Table: Play outside next to the basketball court while enjoying the views. -Great Room: Spacious area with luxury furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and stunning views. -Fully Equipped Kitchen: High-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. -EASY to maneuver roads; no steep hills. 🌲 Outdoor Amenities -Covered Outdoor Living Areas: Two covered decks, one featuring an outdoor fireplace. Please note that you will need to bring your own firewood. This is common throughout the area. 🐻 Wildlife Safety: Yes, there are bears! -Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time) -Never leave food or trash outside -Use only the bear-proof trash bins 📜 House Rules: -A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking. -No parking on the street—ample space in the driveway. 🧼 What's Provided: -Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags -Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each shower -Laundry & dishwasher pods (starter pack), dish soap, hand soap -Drip coffee maker with ground coffee -Bath towels + 1 pool/spa towel per guest 🧺 Washer & Dryer Available 📸 Security: Security cameras are located at the front entrance for guest safety—please do not tamper with it or unplug it.
