Security cameras monitor the outdoor common areas. 🌴 Guests may enjoy the shared community amenities: 2 swimming pools with a children’s area, showers, sun loungers, and tables with umbrellas and chairs. Please follow the community rules when using these facilities. 🔥 The shared barbecue areas in the poolside gazebos require advance booking with the managers or reception staff. The house’s private barbecue area is exclusively for guests included in your reservation. 🧖‍♂️ The sauna is open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., subject to community rules and availability. 🚗 Your reservation includes 2 parking spaces within the gated community. 🆔 Upon arrival, guests must identify themselves at the gatehouse. Instructions for accessing the house will be sent before check-in. Other things to note 🏡 IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES 👥 OCCUPANCY AND GUEST REGISTRATION The house accommodates up to 14 guests. The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on your reservation. A photo ID for every guest and the license plate details for your vehicles must be submitted before arrival. A maximum of 2 cars is permitted per reservation. ⏰ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT • Check-in: from 3 p.m. • Check-out: by 11 a.m. Please inform us of your expected departure time in advance so we can coordinate the property inspection, which takes place at check-out with the cleaning team. Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items belonging to the property. Replacement costs will be charged at check-out. 🧹 CLEANING, BED LINENS AND TOWELS The house is provided clean, with bed linens and bath towels for the guests included in the reservation. Daily housekeeping and regular linen or towel changes are not included. Additional services require advance booking and are charged separately. Prices will be provided before you book the service. 🍽️ DISHES AND KITCHENWARE AT CHECK-OUT All used pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery and other kitchenware must be left washed. Otherwise, a R$200 fee will be charged for cleaning these items. 🐾 PETS One small pet is permitted with advance notice and a R$200 fee per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash in permitted areas and are not allowed in the pool area. Owners must clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage caused to the property or shared areas. 🏊 POOLS AND SAUNA • Pools: open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. • Sauna: open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please ask reception to turn it on. Glass cups, bottles and other glass containers are prohibited in the pool area and sauna. 🔥 BARBECUE AREAS The private barbecue area at the rear of the house is exclusively for guests included in your reservation. The community’s shared barbecue areas are free to use and require advance booking at reception. 🔇 QUIET HOURS AND COMMUNITY RULES Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. and avoid noise that disturbs other guests at any time. The following are not permitted: • Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation. • Parties and events. • Smoking inside the property. • Amplified speakers or car audio systems within the community. • Ball games in shared areas. • Hanging clothes, towels or other items over balcony railings. • Moving kitchenware, beds or other items between units. • Preparing meals for guests staying in several houses in a single unit’s kitchen. 🚗 PARKING Your reservation includes 2 parking spaces within the community. The vehicle identification sticker provided at the gatehouse must be displayed. Buggies and tour or rental vans may not drive or park within the community. 🎟️ IDENTIFICATION WRISTBANDS All guests must wear their identification wristbands throughout the stay. If a wristband is damaged, please check the replacement cost at reception. 📶 INTERNET Wi-Fi is available inside the house. There is no Wi-Fi in the community’s shared areas. ⚡ ELECTRICAL VOLTAGE The electrical supply and appliances operate at 220V. Voltage converters are not provided.
