During the stay, guests have access to the condominium’s shared amenities, including the swimming pools 🏊‍♂️ for leisure and relaxation. The BBQ areas may be used upon prior scheduling with the property managers or the front desk staff 🔥. The sauna is available according to the pre-established operating hours set by the condominium 🧖‍♂️. The reservation also includes two parking spaces 🚗🚗 inside the condominium for guests’ convenience. Other things to note RENTAL RULES: Accommodation is permitted for a maximum of 12 guests. Use of the unit exceeding the stated capacity is prohibited. The apartment must be inspected upon arrival (after 3:00 p.m.) by the tenant and the condominium manager, who must present a list of all equipment and utensils in the apartment and sign a verification agreement. The same procedure must be carried out upon departure (up to 11:00 a.m.). If any equipment needs to be replaced, whether damaged, lost, or consumed, reimbursement will be requested from the tenant, according to the price list provided in the reception. The following information is required for us to generate the guest list: Full name (all guests) ID (all guests) License plate number (2 small cars per household) The rental, i.e., the apartment listed in the contract, may be reassigned in case of emergency or force majeure. Appliances operate at 220 volts. Tenants must bring a voltage transformer if they wish to use any 110-volt appliances. Use of common areas must comply with the condominium's internal rules, which are posted inside the apartment. These include: swimming pool, sauna, party room, parking area, showers, barbecue areas, laundry area, sidewalks, and gardens. Small pets are permitted, but are not allowed in the pool areas. Hanging clothes and towels on balconies is prohibited; the use of glasses and bottles is prohibited in the pool and sauna areas. Pool use is limited to 10:00 p.m., as is the use of barbecue areas. Please respect the noise ordinance after 10:00 p.m. To be eligible for parking, you will be given mandatory stickers at the gatehouse to identify your vehicle. It is established that two cars are permitted per reservation. The use of car stereos is strictly prohibited on the condominium premises, and parking of vehicles with car stereos inside the condominium and vans may also be prohibited. For your safety, identification wristbands will be provided to all tenants and their dependents, and an extra fee may be charged for anyone who intentionally damages the wristbands.
