Cozy Private Room#A in a quiet house at Edmonds

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & keyed private room, with shared living space, bathroom and kitchen. This non-smoking and pet free house has been renovated recently with all brand new furniture. Walking distance to downtown Edmonds, WA and the beautiful Puget Sound beach. 10 minutes drive to Lynnwood light rail station that allow you to get to the City Seattle and SEA/TAC Airport easily. 8 minutes to get on IH-5 for Vancouver or Portland. 7 minutes to Kingston-Edmonds ferry line. The space This is a 3 bed /2.5 bath Single Family House. Garage and game room on base, living room / kitchen / dining area on main floor, and all 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor, total 3 levels NOT suitable for handicap access. Young kids is not recommended neither due to mobility concerns. Host currently using master suits and can provide you timely help if anything happens during your stay. If booked more than 4 days, guest can use washing machine & dryers free 1 load every 4 nights stay. For short-term guest booked less than 4 nights, with additional fee and advanced request, washer & dryer could be available if needed. Host lives in the house and uses the kitchen primarily. Due to structural constraints, guest kitchen usage is limited to coffee area, coffee machine / electric kettle/ microwave / toast oven are free to use, as well the sink / dish rack and 1 shelf space in the Haire refrigerator. Full kitchen access (all cookware, dining set and utensils) could be available with additional fee and advanced request. Absolutely no outside shoes allowed into the room, there are slippers in the entry area that you can use if you like OR bring your own sandal or slippers. During your stay Use AirBnB messenger system asking for any help during your stay. If you have exchanged your cell phone number with the host upon your arrival, then feel free to call/text the host if needed. Other things to note Please keep your physical room door key secure during your stay. A lost key will cost you $50 to get a replacement. NO smoking / Vaping, NO drug, NO weapon / fire arm is allowed in this house. Due to hostess severe allergies to pet fur, no pet is allowed at this time unfortunately.
