Our accommodation is located facing the Sea (Orla da Praia do Itaguá) and to Rua Guarani the trendiest in Ubatuba, where you will have easy access to restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, aquarium and much more. The main attraction beyond the 102 Wonderful Beaches is UbatubaMall 30 meters from here, the newest development in the region. For your convenience, you will be able to enjoy the tourist center of the city as we are centered in it. The entrance and exit of our establishment is made by electronic password, offering complete security and freedom. We offer in our food room, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, microwaves for guests' use.... We sell Dolce Gusto express coffees and ice cold drinks in general. Para o Breakjum: The best bakery in the city is 60 meters away (Maria Farinha), crossing Rua Guarani is the Ubatuba Mall with the food court and Pão de Açucar with self-service breakfast, lunch and dinner with quality and great value, and many other options because we are located in the tourist center of the city. PARKING LOT: We are facing the Sea unable to have a garage. It has public parking (blue zone) in front and around the property. But 150 meters away there is paid private parking where our guests have a discount (currently R$45.00/day). It is behind the FERRIS WHEEL (Rua Lia de Barros s/nº)with insurance, 24 Hours and may carry the keys. Make your seat reservation in advance!
