This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house. While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to six cars to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed. Guest access The entire home is setup for the guest to use exclusively for their stay except you will not have use of the fireplace during your stay. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm but past 10pm we may not be available if you have a difficulty. Check-out is before 10am. Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $99 pet fee must be paid before arrival.
