The space 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 6): • The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. • The second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. • Sound machine provided for light sleepers or families traveling with children. 🚿 Modern Bathroom: The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a rain shower and high-quality Kohler fixtures. Thoughtful lighting, soft towels, and complimentary premium toiletries make it perfect space to relax and refresh any time of day. 📺 Entertainment: The bright, inviting living room features an electric fireplace for cozy evenings and a 65- inch LG Smart TV - perfect for relaxing with movies or your favorite shows. 🛜 Xfinity Wi-Fi: Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a perfect meal, including an air fryer! This spacious kitchen features an eat-in table for 4 and breakfast island with seating for 3 - perfect for cooking, dining and gathering. LG washer and dryer conveniently located near the kitchen area. Step outside to the private patio with a charming gazebo featuring a dining table for 4 and 2 gravity chairs for relaxing. A Weber gas grill -ideal for outdoor dining and evening relaxation. A picnic table is also available, making it a great spot to enjoy meals outdoors. 🌿 Backyard Oasis: The fully fenced backyard is perfect for games, laughter, and memorable evenings. For those with passion for the arts, the Miller Beach Arts Creative District awaits with its eclectic blend of cultural arts, dining, and boutique shopping options-all just a short drive or bike ride away. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out • Check-In: 4 PM • Check-Out: 11 AM • Smart-lock code sent morning of arrival. 🚗 Free and convenient parking for up to 3 cars right in the front of the home. 🏖️ Beach gear: Chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach toys, sunscreen, waterproof sand-proof beach blanket, cooler, kids life vests, and a portable speaker for guests to use is provided. ⚠️ Safety, Accessibility & House Rules: • No smoking or vaping inside the house. • No parties or large gatherings are allowed. • Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise down after 10pm when outside. • For cleanliness and comfort, we kindly ask guests to remove outdoor shoes inside the home and wear indoor slippers. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including both the interior and outdoor area. Other things to note There is no public parking for this part of the shoreline, so the beach is never crowded and has plenty of room for swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, and simply relaxing.
