situated Five minutes from Derby town Centre by car 5, mins by bus 20 mins. Goodbus servers , very quiet location. A nice eating pub five minutes walk away. Close to Derby University. beautiful countryside to close to house. 2 lovely golf courses Morley Hayes, & Breadsell primary. If visiting for a wedding or to play golf. Near Darley park, and roller world 15 minutes from Derby Hospital , near A6 which get to places like peak district, Matlock, Ashbourne Not far from Keniston Hall National. The space A lovely house with three bedrooms one is a delightful , little guestroom for my Airbnb. all sheets and a towel , It has a lovely garden back in front with lots of sunshine in the summer to sit out in if you require. Plenty of parking . There is facilities that you can use such as a washing, and the kitchen, the lounge . There is a separate shower, separate toilet that is shared, with myself. I absolutely love socialising and talking to people and I’m happy to help you with any directions or anything you need to know about the area. I also just love making new friends and enjoying their company if they wish. Guest access Guest can use all of the House. except my personal bedroom have the use of the lounge, kitchen/diner bathroom toilet use of the garden patio area. Can Use of any cooking facilities , also washing machine if required. Iron in facilities if needed. In the room you have your own kettle and a little complimentary tea and coffee tray complementary bottle of water. I also do offer full English breakfast on request or Continental breakfast request if required just need to know the night before. (Hopefully coming in the future, I am going to offer jam and chutney making courses) During your stay Doing this day if they need to get in touch with me, I am normally at Home. If not I will provide guests with my phone number, then they can call me. If I’m not at home when you arrive, the keys will be left in the keypad outside the front door.
