The space The living area is a beautiful, meticulously and professionally designed room that is Mid-Century Modern. Three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, great linens, and personality plus. The master bedroom has a half-bath and walk-in closet. The kitchen/dining area is perfect to make dinner and enjoy a cold beer or a bottle of wine. Open to the back yard, the patio has a pergola, outside table, lighting and gas grill. Salmon or steaks, hey invite the host we are in. Ok well just enjoy it with your special guest. The house is very private and quiet. It's probable super convenient for where you want to be. Downtown Concord is only three minutes away by car, or a nice long walk in good weather. A few parks are close by. IF YOU LIKE RACING, this house is perfect for any event at Lowe's Motor Speedway/Drag Raceway, Concord's race track and even slot car racing in downtown Concord. Guest access You have the whole house all by yourself with total privacy. I bet this is the nicest home within 15 miles. The details are so lovely. Covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in driveway and on street. The kitchen is supplied for a chef (the host/owner is a chef). A great peninsula with bar stools, perfect dining table for dinner. A large gas stove with double ovens. Wonderful fully-stocked kitchen. Many, if not most condiments, basics and spices. The kitchen remains fully stocked, as the owner lives there when there are no guests. If you use something in the pantry, that's fine, please consider restocking. Please don't drink any of the host wine. Bring your own. Great bathroom & linens (cotton and microfiber available). You will love the place if it's a weekend or for a month or more. High speed internet, WiFi and smart televisions in the house. Attic and a hallway closet off-limits to guests. Other things to note Great area of Concord. Lovely highly desirable neighborhood that is super quiet. Really you are close to Lake Norman, Charlotte, Downtown Charlotte, Moresville, Davidson, even convenient to the region, like Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Winston Salem and even the Triad, Raleigh, and South Carolina. fastest growing area in the southeast. Grocery stores are very convinced. Downtown Concord restaurants, shopping, and events are very close with plenty of parking.
