You will be steps away from an amazing bar and grill restaurant, belly-up pool bars, water park and massive playground for the kids, boat and jet ski rentals, boat slips, and more! This 2022 RV is parked within a luxury resort that is gated and has spacious camp sites! The RV comes stocked with fresh linens and towels plus too many amenities to list. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is stocked with basics such as pots/pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioned and cozy on the inside, adventurous on the outside! Camping is meant to be enjoyed outside, and we provide four sturdy Adirondack chairs, four director's camping chairs, and a fire pit for you to enjoy the lake view with. There is ample room on the pad behind the RV to relax, and additional room on the side of the RV to expand into if you'd like. The site has an umbrella that can be effortlessly rotated nearly 360 degrees and tilted to adjust to the sun. It can be rotated over the fire pit chairs, the grilling station, or the huge eight-foot picnic table and spans a massive eleven feet! Includes built-in LED lighting for night-time use. The dual-burner gas grill has two grill plates and two griddle plates available for use. Mix-and-match as your chef sees fit. The grill & griddle plates are stored under the oven. This RV listing comes with the ability to charge your EV at no cost to you. There is a charge cable available capable of 2,880 W of charging capacity (24A @ 120V). It is a Tesla connector, so if you wish to charge a non-Tesla vehicle, you will need to supply your own Tesla-to-J1772 (or other) adapter. There is 100Mbit wifi available at this campsite. The TV has a Roku and includes Hulu (+Live TV), Disney+, and ESPN+ at no cost to you. The resort has 10'x40' boat slips for rent for $45/weekday and $55/weekend day, based on availability. Bananas water park is $15/child/day. Adults 21 and over are free, but will need to pay the $15 fee to ride the water slides. Note: We do not supply beach/pool towels.
