The full bathroom has been recently renovated to include a full size bath tub and shower and thoughtful touches. One of the many conveniences of this home is the in-unit laundry area, discreetly tucked next to the kitchen. A washer and dryer make it easy to keep clothes and beach towels fresh throughout your stay, with detergent provided for your use. If there is a government/state issued emergency requiring early departure, a partial refund is available. ☔️ STORM POLICY: Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is bad weather, you are not entitled to a refund. 🐜 CRITTERS: This is Florida, the perfect place for creepy crawlers. While we employ a professional pest control company, pests can still make their way into the residence. If a bug is inside the residence, we will remediate the issue. This does not qualify for a refund.
