Beautiful Home Near Snow Canyon

The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to enter the home and show the beautiful red rocks on full display. The motorized privacy blinds do a good job of blocking out the light when it's time to sleep. There are three bedrooms all with king beds and TVs. Enjoy the modern kitchen and appliances with ample counter space. The kitchen contains everything you might need, including an oven, fridge, freezer, reverse osmosis water filtered faucet, coffee machine (2 kinds), dishwasher, blender, and even an air fryer. The spacious living room area has a wide couch and two chairs in front of a 75" TV. The back porch of the home has a fire pit and several chairs to sit and admire the scenery. This house in one of a kind in this neighborhood in that it has a misting system that can help you stay cool on hot days. Guest access To enter the house, go down the path to the left of the driveway. The first door is the casita which contains one of the three bedrooms. If you continue down the path it will lead to the main entrance of the house which contains the 2 other bedrooms. Please note that there is no interior door connecting the main part of the house and the casita, so to go from one to the other, you'll have to go outside. Other things to note There is guest parking throughout the neighborhood, no permits are required. The spa/pool and gym areas are an easy walk towards the east side of the community and the pickleball courts are located at the southeast end.
