Not far from Gaillac, Albi, Cordes sur Ciel... Perfect for moments with family or friends. The space Le Mas de l'Olivier is perfect for two people but can accommodate up to 4 people. It has been designed, furnished and decorated by Cédric and Estelle, the owners. They have thought of everything to ensure you have a memorable stay. It is composed as follows: A fully equipped and functional kitchen (utensils, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, etc.) for preparing delicious meals. You will also find some essentials for your arrival (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and a welcome kit with coffee capsules and tea for your first night), and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is open to the living room. A living room with a sofa bed with a real mattress that can accommodate two people, and a large connected TV (Smart TV) allowing you to use your own subscriptions (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal Plus, etc.). A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. Go up to the first floor and discover your cosy nest, with a queen-size bed (160x200) combining comfort and elegance for unforgettable nights. A relaxation area with an indoor heated swimming pool in a conservatory, in a soothing and elegant setting, with a wood-burning stove, wine cellar, dining table and a sauna. In winter, this room is only heated with the wood-burning stove and remains dependent on the season. A large terrace offering a panoramic view of the countryside, with a cosy area, a brazier and a pizza oven for enjoying gourmet moments. We are in the South, so it was obvious that this cottage would have a pétanque court. A large private and secure car park. Le Mas de l'Olivier is air-conditioned (hot/cold) and runs entirely on electricity. You can stay there in any season and enjoy a pleasant indoor temperature. For your comfort, the bed is made upon your arrival, and bathroom linen and shower gel are provided. Guest access You have access to the whole place. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the cottage, which is also strictly non-smoking inside. Beyond the proximity of all shops (even a supermarket) and restaurants, services can be offered for your arrival, such as a refrigerator filled with a few groceries or a tray of local specialties available on arrival for your first dinner or breakfast. Arrivals will be between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. There will be a surcharge for late arrivals (after 7 pm) and public holidays.
