Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. This newly constructed cabin in nestled in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just minutes away from all the attractions and excitement the area has to offer. Whether you are here to visit Dollywood (a mile away), explore the Great Smoky Mountains, enjoy local shopping or dining or relax to take in the mountain views, you'll be perfectly suited to experience it all. The space Kitchen: New construction kitchen with cabinets, countertops and brand new appliances. Full size refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, K cup coffee maker, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans and all the basic cookware. Living Room/Dining Area: Couch with fold out single sleeper with memory foam mattress and a coffee table. Smart TV with Direct TV. A fireplace to relax and stay warm. Two swivel barrel chairs that provide additional seating. A kitchen table with two chairs and a bench for eating meals. Additionally, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living room. Bathroom 1: A private bathroom connects to the master bedroom. New handcrafted vanity and countertop with shower/tub combo. Towels, hand towels, make-up towels, washcloths, and bathmats included. Additionally, a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap are supplied. Bathroom 2 (half bath): A shared bathroom off the living space (and connected to the master) features a new handcrafted vanity and countertop. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The master bedroom has a new king size bed with brand new mattress. The bedroom includes night stand with lamp, swivel chair, chest of drawers, and an area to hang clothes (hangers provided). Bedroom 2 (Guest loft // game room): This loft area provides a couch with a queen sofa sleeper and one coffee table to provide a place to play a board game or drinks and plates, and two end table with lamps. Two swivel chairs and a table for drinks or a card game. Additionally, the area has a Smart TV, a 60 in 1 cocktail arcade, shelving with a variety of board and card games, and extra blankets and pillows. Laundry area (located as you walk in by kitchen): The area features a new washer and dryer set, an iron and ironing board, extra linens for the sofa sleeper and and storage shelf. Outside: The front offers a circular driveway allowing for multiple vehicles to be parked (3 to 4). There is also a small landing at the entrance with a chair. The landing wraps around the side of the home taking you to the back deck. Additionally, the back deck provides a seating area with hot tub, two high top chairs and a small table with decorative lighting to sit and enjoy privacy and views. There is also a charcoal grill off the driveway for those wishing to be the grill master. There is also a small area of grass in the front for those wishing to throw ball or frisbee as well. Guest access Guests can access the entire space. The owner's closet will be the only area that is unavailable. Other things to note While I do not have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see gaps in my calendar for 1-2 night stays that do not meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in my calendar.
