The sleeping arrangements are flexible and plentiful—from 2 sumptuous King-size beds, two queen beds ,& 1 convenient pullout sofa in main floor living room. Additionally there are two pull out sofas for sleeping options in the lower living room level, as well as a bonus room with a queen futon —ensuring everyone enjoys restful slumber after days filled with adventure and laughter. The heart of this retreat is the inviting eat-in kitchen, where culinary creativity flows naturally. Prepare memorable meals together before gathering in the warm, welcoming living room centered around a cozy fireplace. Where luxury meets comfort, and adventure meets relaxation, your perfect getaway begins here. 📋✅Important Information for Your Stay: Age Requirement: ☑️Guests must be 25 years or older to book. 🪪ID Verification: Please submit a photo of the front and back of a valid picture ID with your booking request. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Guest & Vehicle Limits Maximum Occupancy: Up to 10 guests total (infants not included). 👶Infants must be 1 year old or younger to be excluded from the guest count. 🚗Parking: A maximum of 8 cars is allowed. Street parking is prohibited. 🎟️Amenities & Passes Guests may purchase amenity passes through the HOA. Cost: $20 per guest, increasing by $5 per guest each additional day. 🏡Clubhouse Hours: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: 11 AM – 7 PM Friday & Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM Closed: Tuesday & Thursday 🛶Boat Rentals: Available Thursday to Sunday Rates: $20 for 1 hour $30 for 2 hours Amenity pass required in addition to rental fee. 🎣 Fishing at HOA Lake: Fee: $15 per person PA fishing license required Catch and release only. Guest access As our guest you are welcome to the full home! Emerald Lakes Community has many amenities available with the purchase of an Amenities Pass, including indoor and outdoor pools, seasonal boat rental, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts and a club house with a bar & grill and game room with pool table and ping pong. The Poconos areas get frequent snow in winter, while the driveway will be plowed following heavy snow, guests may need to shovel/sweep snow from stairs when needed. There are shovels by the front entry as well as on the back deck entry. Other things to note The house also has a dedicated work space on the lower level in the bonus room for privacy. For basketball enthusiasts there is also a basketball hoop on the premises.
